Tarnshire's formal legal documents are being drafted with a UK solicitor and will be published here in Q3 2026, before the brand begins commercial trading. The plain-English summary below describes the policy that the formal document will codify. If you need the formal terms before Q3 2026, email hello@tarnshire.co.uk and we'll share the draft.
Intended policy
- 01Booking terms — what a customer commits to when they book, when they can cancel without charge, when they cannot.
- 02Service standards — what Tarnshire commits to deliver on every visit, including re-clean policy if standards are not met.
- 03Contractor terms — the basis on which contractors operate within the Tarnshire network, including pay schedule, insurance cover, and dispute resolution.
- 04Liability and indemnity — the financial limits of Tarnshire's responsibility, and the insurance backing that responsibility.
- 05Termination — how either party can end a recurring arrangement, with notice periods and break clauses.
- 06Jurisdiction — English and Welsh law, English courts.
